تشرح هذه الصفحة ما يحدث لبياناتك حين تزور موقع ad80.dev. الموقع صفحات ثابتة لا أكثر: لا يضع ملفات تعريف ارتباط، ولا يقيس زياراتك، ولا يتتبّعك، ولا يعرض محتوى من مواقع أخرى. وخطوطه مستضافة على الخادم نفسه، فلا يذهب أي طلب إلى طرف ثالث بسببها.

المسؤول عن المعالجة بمفهوم اللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات هو أحمد أبوزيد، مؤسسة فردية تعمل باسم AD80. تجد بياناته أدناه، وله أن تتوجّه بأي سؤال عن بياناتك.

الاستضافة وسجلّات الخادم

يُستضاف الموقع لدى Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) عبر خدمة Cloudflare Workers. وشركة Cloudflare معتمدة ضمن إطار خصوصية البيانات بين الاتحاد الأوروبي والولايات المتحدة (EU-US Data Privacy Framework)، وهو أساس نقل البيانات إلى الولايات المتحدة.

تسجّل Cloudflare بيانات الاتصال في سجلّات الخادم: عنوان IP، ومعرّف المتصفح، ووقت الطلب، والرابط المطلوب. وتخدم هذه البيانات غرضين: عرض الموقع، وحمايته من الهجمات. الأساس القانوني هو المادة ٦(١)(و) من اللائحة، ومصلحتنا المشروعة هي تشغيل موقع آمن ومستقر.

الخطوط والمحتوى الخارجي

خطوط الموقع مستضافة عليه، فلا يُحمَّل خط من Google أو من غيرها. ولا يتضمّن الموقع مقاطع مضمّنة ولا خرائط ولا أزرار تواصل اجتماعي ولا أي محتوى من طرف ثالث.

لا يضع الموقع ملفات تعريف ارتباط، ولا يستخدم أدوات تحليل، ولا يبني ملفًّا عن أي زائر.

إذا راسلتنا على info@ad80.dev، عالجنا رسالتك وما فيها من بيانات للردّ عليك. الأساس القانوني هو المادة ٦(١)(ب) متى تعلّق الأمر بعقد أو بخطوات تمهّد له، والمادة ٦(١)(و) فيما عدا ذلك، ومصلحتنا المشروعة هي الردّ على من يسأل. ونحذف المراسلات حين تنتفي الحاجة إليها، ما لم يُلزمنا القانون بحفظها.

في الموقع روابط إلى واتساب. وحين تنقر أحدها يفتح تطبيق واتساب وتنتقل إلى خدمة تديرها WhatsApp Ireland Ltd (مجموعة Meta)، فتخضع محادثتك لسياسة خصوصية واتساب لا لهذه السياسة.

لك أن تطلب الاطّلاع على بياناتك، وتصحيحها، ومحوها، وتقييد معالجتها، ونقلها إلى جهة أخرى، ولك أن تعترض على معالجتها. راسلنا على info@ad80.dev. ولك كذلك أن تشكو إلى جهة رقابية.

تتناول هذه السياسة هذا الموقع وحده. وحزمة AD80 البرمجية (SDK) ما تزال قيد التطوير، وستُنظَّم معالجة البيانات داخل تطبيقات العملاء باتفاق منفصل وسياسة خاصة عند إطلاقها.

This page explains what happens to your data when you visit ad80.dev. The site is nothing but static pages: it sets no cookies, measures no visits, tracks nobody, and shows no content from other sites. Its fonts are served from the same server, so no font request reaches a third party.

The controller under the GDPR is Ahmed Abouzied, a sole proprietorship trading as AD80. His details are below, and any question about your data can go to him.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which covers the transfer of data to the United States.

Cloudflare records connection data in its server logs: IP address, user agent, request time, and requested URL. This data serves two purposes: delivering the site and defending it from attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, and our legitimate interest is running a secure and stable website.

Fonts and third-party content

The fonts are self-hosted, so no font is loaded from Google or anyone else. The site embeds no videos, maps, social buttons, or other third-party content.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and builds no profile of any visitor.

Contacting us

If you write to info@ad80.dev, we process your message and the data in it to answer you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where a contract or steps towards one are involved, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR otherwise, our legitimate interest being to answer those who ask. We delete correspondence once we no longer need it, unless the law requires us to keep it.

The site links to WhatsApp. Clicking such a link opens WhatsApp and takes you to a service run by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd (Meta), so your conversation is governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy, not this one.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its rectification, its erasure, the restriction of its processing, and its portability, and you may object to the processing. Write to info@ad80.dev. You may also complain to a supervisory authority.

This policy covers this website only. The AD80 SDK is still in development. Data processing inside client apps will be governed by a separate agreement and a separate policy when the SDK launches.
